Roxanne Knighton
March 21st, 1961 - June 10th, 2023
Roxanne Ileen Knighton, 62, of Rigby, passed away June 10, 2023.
Roxanne was born March 21, 1961, in Los Angeles, California, to Richard Edward Stimpson and Ruth Isabel Young Stimpson. She grew up and attended schools in Rigby and graduated from West Jefferson High School. She also attended Votec in Idaho Falls.
Roxanne had many hobbies, including watching movies, reading books, and coloring. She enjoyed crocheting and lived for her dog Chip. Her three kids were her greatest accomplishments in life.
Roxanne is survived by her loving son, Brandon (Jessica) Ramirez, daughter, Christina Marie (Carlos) Negrete of Rigby, ID, daughter, Trisha Eileen (Rene) Ramirez-Martin of San Diego, CA, sister, Robin (David) Ramirez of Corrine, UT, sister, Coyla Taylor of Mesquite, NV, sister, Ernie (Ron) Davis of Fort Pierce, FL, brother, Richard Stimpson of Pocatello, ID, brother, Ronnie Stimpson of French Town, MT, brother, Rodney Harris of CA; 14 grandchildren and 2 expectant great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Rocky Harris, brother, Randy Harris, and sister, Kathy Sanders.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Wood East Side, 963 S. Ammon Rd. The family will visit with friends and be able to view her body and spend alone time with her from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to the service.
