Shannon Louise Bidwell Carstens, 78, of Idaho Falls, passed away January 8, 2020, at her home. She was under the care of Hands of Hope Hospice. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 13, 2020, at Rose Hill Cemetery.
