Tara is survived by her husband Robert Gagon of Sun City West, Arizona, mother, Marsha Kirby, sister Brenda McKinlay
(Bryant Smith) all of Herndon, Virginia as well as her extended family of sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
No services will be held as per her wishes.
