You Report Helicopter Ride Contest Rules

– Contest runs June 24-July 2. Winners will be contacted on July 3.
– Winners receive one (1) ten minute ride on July 4th sometime between 9am-2pm. Only the winner will be permitted on the helicopter – no guests.
– You can submit as many stories as you want but can only win one helicopter ride.
– To submit you must complete the entry form, “LIKE” the EastIdahoNews.com Facebook page, and “SHARE” the page with your friends.
– Story idea submissions become property of EastIdahoNews.com.
– Winning stories will be published on EastIdahoNews.com during the month of July.
– Winners give EastIdahoNews.com permission to use their photographs, video, and written content in news, promotional, and other material online and on air.
– You must be 12 years or older to submit story ideas.
– Winners may be required to sign a release, and all winners agree to allow EastIdahoNews.com to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation
– Employees and agents of Riverbend Communications and their families, their advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to enter contests on EastIdahoNews.com. Employees of other radio or TV stations, newspapers and other media outlets in the Idaho Falls metro, and their immediate families are ineligible.
– Winners may not request substitution or other consideration from the originally awarded prize.
– Designated winner’s representatives will be allowed to claim prizes, provided prior arrangements have been made. If prizes are not picked up within the stated period, the winner waives their rights to the prize and said prize becomes the possession of EastIdahoNews.com and may be awarded to another viewer at EastIdahoNews.com discretion. It is solely the winners responsibility to claim their prize within the time limit specified. No prizes will be mailed unless specified during contest or if special arrangements have been made.
– Prizes are non-transferable.
– EastIdahoNews.com reserves the right to revoke prizes if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements, even though an announcement may have been made on the air indicating that person was the winner.
– EastIdahoNews.com may, due to the unavailability of prizes awarded, substitute another prize of equal or greater value for the prize originally won. EastIdahoNews.com will not be responsible, or held liable for prizes awarded to an event that is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control.
– With respect to any disputes regarding contests, the decision of EastIdahoNews.com will be final.
– EastIdahoNews.com, its agency, and representatives shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury or damage from any EastIdahoNews.com contest or prize awarded in a contest.
– All contest entries become the property of EastIdahoNews.com. EastIdahoNews.com may withhold any or all contest materials for any reason station management deems crucial to the completion of the contest, or for reasons relating to publicity and/or advertising.
