DOWNEY — Over the weekend, the town of Downey hosted dozens of cowboys and cowgirls for the rodeo portion of the “Best Little Fair in Idaho.”
Boys, girls, women and men of all ages competed in numerous events, from bareback riding and team roping to steer wrestling and barrel racing.
