Blackfoot’s Ashley signs LOI to wrestle in college

BLACKFOOT — Blackfoot High School senior Jakeem Ashley has signed a letter of intent to wrestle in college.

Ashley, who placed fifth in this year’s Tiger-Grizz Wrestling Invitational, will attend and wrestle at Central Christian College in McPherson, Kan.

Wrestling in the 285-pound division, Ashley helped the Broncos finish fifth at this year’s state tournament. He finished the 2025-26 season with a 40-14 record for a 101-64 high school career mark.
