Highland setter signs to play volleyball at Montana Western

POCATELLO — Highland Rams senior setter Jayda Ward has signed a National Letter of Intent to play volleyball at the University of Montana Western.
Ward was one of four seniors on the Rams volleyball team this season. Highland was eliminated by Rigby in the 6A District 4-5-6 tournament. They went 16-19-1 on the season.
She led the Rams with 456 assists, while also recording 22 service aces and 52 kills.
The University of Montana Western finished their 2024 season with a 25-10 record. The Bulldogs were eliminated in the quarterfinals of the NAIA Volleyball National Championships, after eliminated tournament No. 1-seed Northwestern College (Iowa) in Pool Play.
