Bonneville runner Ava Daniel signs with Salt Lake Community College

IDAHO FALLS – Bonneville’s Ava Daniel signed to run at Salt Lake Community College.

Daniel will compete in track and cross country for the Bruins.

She ran the 1,600 and 3,200 at last week’s Rigby Physical Therapy Invitational and finished fifth in both races. Her time of 5:31.17 in the 1,600 was a personal best. She’s also clocked a personal best in the 3,200 this season, finishing in 11:54.89 at the Boise Relays.

Daniel finished 18th at the 5A state cross country championship in November, setting another PR of 20:06.0.
