Big inning dooms Chukars in loss at Billings

BILLINGS – Billings broke open a tie game with 10 runs in the bottom of the seventh on the way to a 16-6 win Wednesday night over the Chukars.

Idaho Falls dropped to 1-7 on the young season and has lost two straight.

Wesley Mitchell homered for the Chukars and Caleb Royer also finished with two RBIs.

The series continues Thursday at Billings with first pitch at 6:35 p.m.
