EASTERN IDAHO — High schoolers and Idaho State Bengals aren’t the only local football players who recently started their 2026 seasons.

The Southeast Idaho Youth Football League kicked off its season last weekend at Pocatello’s Portneuf Wellness Complex, with dozens of teams battling on several fields.
