Idaho Power Customers Could Get $40M Break

(BOISE) – Idaho Power customers may see a drop in their monthly bills under a plan sent to the Public Utilities Commission. Customers would receive a $40 million break in an effort to reduce rates by an average of just under 5 percent – or about $36 per year. Idaho Power serves 492,000 customers statewide.
