(POCATELLO) – State Superintendent Tom Luna is in eastern Idaho this week answering questions about the Students Come First Plan. Luna told Local News 8 that he hopes to work closely to amend his relationship with classroom teachers rather than arguing with union leaders. Luna says the new laws aren’t ideal, but they’re the best we have to work with given the economic circumstances. Luna plans to address a group of teachers in Pocatello today.
