(IDAHO FALLS) – Gov. Butch Otter will sign the final piece of state superintendent Tom Luna’s education reform bills into law today, in spite of opposition from the Idaho Education Association and other groups. Aside from opposing the message, union members are going after the messenger by officially launching their Recall Tom Luna Petition Campaign April 16. The group must compile well over 150,000 signatures by July 1 to hold a reelection.
