(POCATELLO) – Scientists with the U.S. Geological Survey spent much of yesterday monitoring flood levels on the Portneuf River. Local News 8 reports that flood levels will remain low if temperatures gradually rise, but could pose problems if southeast Idaho gets a heat wave in the next few weeks.
