(BOISE) – State Superintendent Tom Luna is cautioning teachers about participating in efforts to boot him out of office. The State Board of Education has received hundreds of complaints from concerned parents about educators using their students as couriers for political materials. Teachers in a number of school districts have also been criticized for using school e-mail accounts for political activities. Luna says he supports the civil rights of teachers to act according to their opinions within the code of ethics.
