A Man Gets Punched After Asking A Driver To Slow Down In His Neighborhood

Earle Jr. will be arraigned on two misdemeanors Tuesday in 1st District Court. The alleged victim told police the July 4 confrontation started
when Earle sped through his neighborhood while children were nearby and then came to a stop at a nearby parking lot. The man told police he approached Earle in the parking lot and turned to leave when the conversation turned argumentative. The man says Earle punched him from behind as he left. Earle was arrested and then released that same day on a $300 bond.
