I.F. Man Arrested for Felony DUI

(Idaho Falls) – Idaho Falls Police arrested Joshua James Cook early Monday morning for felony driving under the influence after they found him passed out in a vehicle parked in the middle of the street.
The car, driven by 27-year-old Cook, was still running.
According to a Joelyn Hansen, PIO for the IFPD, officers came across Cook around 2 a.m. after responding to another police call. Cook was passed out with a beer bottle in his hand.
Cook of Idaho Falls was arrested and taken to Bonneville County Jail.
