(REXBURG) – Students at Madison High School will have to find new ways to hit the ski slopes this winter now that the school has cut the ski club. KIDK reports that after 15 years of operation, the school cut the program. Students were involved in a drinking last year, and administrators fear the liability is too great. Some parents disagree with the change, saying the school didn’t need to eliminate the club. The school is encouraging students to form their own independent club instead.
