(IDAHO FALLS) – An Idaho Falls man has been convicted of vehicular manslaughter after his first trial failed to reach a verdict. Cody McDermott-Reid is accused of killing his passenger, 24-year-old Angie Large during a drunken driving incident last year. The suspect’s defense attorney argued that his client was only a passenger and that Large was behind the wheel of his BMW when it crashed. His sentencing has been scheduled for Nov. 22.
