Twenty-one year old Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez who allegedly fired two shots at the White House last week, has been charged with attempting to assassinate President Barack Obama or his staff. Ortega-Hernandez will be taken back from Federal Court in Pennsylvania to face those charges in Washington D.C. He is facing a maximum penalty of life in prison if convicted.
