(IDAHO FALLS, ID)   Mental Health expert Kristopher Walton joined Idaho’s Morning News with Tim Lewis for his weekly segment Monday.   The topic was Insomnia, and how to recognize the causes and the cures.   If you are waking up at the same time every night, Kris says to treat that time productively, NOT in a negative sense.   Think about ONLY those things that are fun and that you enjoy.  This will help ease you back to sleep better as opposed to stressing over getting back to sleep, or the events of the next day.      Go to Kristopher’s website HERE
