Chris Paul’s MRI Comes Back Negative

Los Angeles Clippers/NBA(PLAYA VISTA, CA) -- The Los Angeles Clippers can breath a sigh of relief.

All-star guard Chris Paul's MRI on his left hamstring came back negative according to the team.

Paul is now listed as day to day and is questionable for Monday's game against New Jersey.

He injured himself during the fourth quarter of the Clippers 102-94 win over the Lakers on Saturday.

If Paul can't play Monday, the Clippers will call up Courtney Fortson from the D-League to add some depth.

Paul is averaging 18 points, 8.4 assists and 2.8 steals per game this season.
