Pacers Continue to Look Good, Beat Lakers
Published at(LOS ANGELES) — Pacers center Roy Hibbert scored 18 points and pulled down 8 rebounds as Indiana edged the Lakers 98-96.
Six Pacers scored double figures in the victory.
The win improves the Pacers record to 11-4, their best start to a season since their 2003-2004 campaign. That year, the Pacers were two wins away from making the NBA finals.
As for the Lakers, they have now lost three straight and four of their last five.
Kobe Bryant scored 33 points in the defeat.
