(NEW YORK) — NBC’s The Voice will begin its second season directly following the Super Bowl on Sunday night, Feb. 5 — and now it appears that one of the Voice coaches will be part of the half time entertainment. The Insider reports that Cee Lo Green will be joining Madonna onstage during her half time performance at the big game, and that he’s been traveling to New York to rehearse with the superstar for the past two weeks.
Sources tell The Insider that Cee Lo will “bring a new sound to some of Madonna’s classic hits.” However, Madonna’s rep tells ABC News Radio that she cannot confirm The Insider‘s report.
It’s also been widely reported that Madonna will be joined onstage by rappers M.I.A. and Nicki Minaj during half time for a performance of her new single Give Me All Your Luvin’ but this has not yet been confirmed by the NFL.
