Michelle Bott-Graham Appeals

(POCATELLO) – A Pocatello woman serving a prison sentence for her role in the death of a child at a Chubbuck day care is continuing to appeal her conviction. Michelle Bott-Graham is taking her cases to the Idaho Supreme Court, saying she wasn’t able to properly defend herself in court on grounds that she was incapacitated on psychotropic drugs. KPVI reports that if the conviction is upheld, she will stay behind bars until 2026.
