(IDAHO FALLS) – Gas prices have shot up 60 cents in the last month, and forecasters say it could exceed Idaho’s all-time high of $4.16. Prices are also climbing as the national average for a gallon of unleaded reached $3.87. AAA officials say gas prices have gone up an average of 17 percent nationwide this year. The last time Idaho’s gas prices broke $4 a gallon was July, 2008.
