Idaho House Oks Brewery Expansions

(BOISE) – Good news may be on the way for Idaho’s breweries. The House has passed a bill that would lift restrictions on investing in more than one company that brews beer. The bill would also allow breweries that make less than 30,000 a year to expand. Supporters say pumping up the draft beer industry in Idaho could boost economic development throughout the state, especially in rural areas.
