(DENVER) — Free agent quarterback Peyton Manning, who was cut by the Indianapolis Colts after 14 seasons with the team, has agreed to a deal with the Denver Broncos.
The San Francisco 49ers and Tennessee Titans were also in the running to sign Manning, but he ultimately chose to play for Broncos.
Manning’s decision leaves the future of Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow up in the air. ESPN reported on Monday that the Broncos will try to trade Tebow.
