Local Woman Falls Victim To Internet Scam

(RIGBY) – A Rigby woman has fallen victim to a Internet scam. 47-year-old Connie Sonnenberg had been working at a job she had found on Craigslist. Sonnenberg later contacted the Better Business Bureau to make sure the business was real, and after working for two weeks without compensation, she realized she had been scammed. The Better Business Bureau advises job seekers to contact them if any online job opportunities sound “too good to be true.”
