Payette Students Accused of Bullying, Battery

(PAYETTE) – Several seventh and eighth graders from Payette are in hot water amid allegations of bullying and battery. Administrators at McCain Middle School say the teens harassed a group of sixth graders, inflicting minor injuries. The district is considering whether to expel the suspects. Legislation aimed and bolstering Idaho’s anti-bullying policies in public schools was rejected by Republican lawmakers in March.
