Commissioners: No Control Over BMH

(BLACKFOOT) – Bingham County Commissioners say there’s nothing the county can do amid allegations of misconduct at Bingham Memorial Hospital. KPVI reports that the county is limited when it comes to addressing business practices at the facility, though they’re well-aware of the possible ethics violations at the hospital. They’re urging the public to notify the police or the hospital board if they have a legal complaint with the hospital.
