Manchester City Wins English Premier League Title

Alex Livesey/Getty Images(MANCHESTER, ENGLAND) --  Manchester City scored the go-ahead and the game-winning goal in injury time, giving it a 3-2 victory over Queens Park Rangers and its first English Premier League title in 44 years.

Edin Dzeko tied the game for Manchester City two minutes into injury time and Sergio Aguero scored the game winner two minutes later.

The win stopped Manchester United, who had won their final match 1-0 moments earlier, from winning the title due to goal difference.

Manchester City was eight-points behind United five weeks ago, but won seven in a row to claim the title.
