(ASHTON, ID)  —  Gov. Butch Otter is bringing his “Capital for a Day” program to eastern Idaho today.  The city of Ashton will play host to the governor and other cabinet members from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Ashton Community Center.  Organizers say it offers local constituents an opportunity to discuss various issues with state leaders on a first-hand basis.  Representatives from several agencies including the Fish and Game, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Health and Welfare will also be present.
