Bingham Memorial Alleges “Media Conspiracy”

(BLACKFOOT, ID)  –   The Bingham Memorial Hospital Board of Directors has filed a tort claim against County Commissioner Ladd Carter and Planning and Zoning Chairman Lee Hammett.  Local News 8 reports that their own station is being accused of being part of a so-called “media conspiracy” against the hospital to damage its reputation and deprive it of legal rights.  The hospital is facing an ongoing investigation into allegations of misconduct and fraud. KIFI maintains that their reporters have followed proper procedures.
