Fremont County Inmate Escapes

(ST. ANTHONY)  –  An jail inmate escaped from the St. Anthony Work Camp Thursday afternoon.  The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old Tarango Padilla, originally of Twin Falls, escaped at approximately 4 p.m. Padilla is described as a Hispanic male, 5’9” tall and 190 pounds. Padilla has brown hair, a goatee, and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white long-sleeved t-shirt and a brown Carhartt jacket. Those with any information about his location can call deputies at 624-4482.
