Afghan Policeman Kills 10 Fellow Officers

ABC News(KABUL, Afghanistan) — An Afghan policeman has killed at least ten of his fellow officers in a remote district of southwestern Afghanistan. Apparently, the policemen had links to militants and were killed in an ensuing gun battled.  

This fits into a worrying pattern on Friday, where in a single day three U.S. marines were killed by an Afghan policeman who’d invited them to eat with him. NATO says an Afghan working on an installation shared by Afghan and coalition forces shot and killed three more NATO service personnel.

President Hamid Karzai has strongly condemned the attacks and ordered an investigation.
