(WASHINGTON) — After climbing twice in a row, jobless claims remained unchanged last week, according to the latest figures from the U.S. Labor Department.
For the week ending Aug. 25, the number of people filing for benefits stayed put at 374,000, the agency reported Thursday.
The four-week average, meanwhile, did move, increasing by 1,500 to 370,250.
