Locals Support Chick-Fil-A in Droves

(AMMON) – Hundreds, and possibly thousands of people turned out to show their appreciation for Chick-Fil-A in Ammon Wednesday. The national event was pushed by several conservative figures after the restaurant’s president took flak for his views on traditional marriage. Many supporters say recent boycotts of the chain are a threat to religious freedom and civil discourse. This Friday, same-sex couples plan to conduct “kiss-ins” at Chick-Fil-A locations nationwide.
