ABC’s “Last Resort,” CBS’ “Elementary” Premiere Thursday Night

Hemera/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) — ABC and CBS each debut a new drama on Thursday night. Here’s a closer look at all of the night’s premieres. All times Eastern:
ABC
- Last Resort, 8 p.m. — The new drama follows a captain and his crew of a powerful nuclear submarine, who receive mysterious orders to fire at a foreign country and find themselves under attack. Andre Braugher and Scott Speedman star.
- Grey’s Anatomy, 9 p.m. — The ninth season begins with the doctors at Seattle Grace dealing with the aftermath of the plane crash.
- Scandal, 10:02 p.m. — Season two launches with Quinn’s real identity being revealed.
CBS
- The Big Bang Theory, 8 p.m. — Raj is feeling alone when his friends go on dates in the season-six premiere.
- Two and a Half Men, 8:30 p.m. — The sitcom, featuring a returning Ashton Kutcher, launches its 10th season on a new night.
- Person Of Interest, 9 p.m. — Jim Caviezel’s Reese attempts to track down his kidnapped friend Finch in the first episode of season two.
- Elementary, 10 p.m. — Jonny Lee Miller is Sherlock Holmes and Lucy Liu co-stars as his female sidekick, Dr. Joan Watson, in this modern-day spin on the classic detective character, set in New York.
