Why Kelsey Grammer Walked Off the Set of “Piers Morgan Tonight”

Gregg DeGuire/FilmMagic(NEW YORK) — Kelsey Grammer left Piers Morgan high and dry on the set of his talk show on Wednesday night, just moments before taping. Now it’s becoming clear why the “Frasier” star walked out.
Apparently he saw a picture in the studio of his ex-wife Camille Grammer.
Morgan, who has interviewed Grammer for his CNN show before, took to Twitter, saying, “So, Kelsey Grammer saw a photo of his ex-wife Camille in the open to our show and legged it. Extraordinary. Never had this happen before.”
Later he wrote, “…This was a shockingly unprofessional thing to do. I wasn’t even going to mention his ex-wife!”
Sources close to Grammer tell The Hollywood Reporter that the Boss star fled the studio because Morgan’s staff did not replace his ex-wife’s picture with one of his current wife Kayte Walsh, as per his request.
Grammer has yet to comment publicly on Wednesday’s incident.
