(BOISE) – A Boise man will spend at least 15 years behind bars for his 14th conviction for driving under the influence. 4th District Judge Patrick Owen called Terry Ash a “menace to society” during sentencing Tuesday. Ash’s previous DUI convictions date back to 1976, having already spent a decade in jail for driving drunk. Ash’s attorney says his client has a history of psychological problems.
