EAST IDAHO – Idaho Power linemen who traveled to the East Coast in the wake of Hurricane Sandy are expected to return home by Friday.
KIVI reports the crews were released after turning the power back on for as many homes as they could. Homes sustaining too much damage to restore power will be taken care of by local power companies.
The two six-person crews have begun their journey back to Idaho.
