Idaho Falls Convenience Store Robbed

(IDAHO FALLS, ID)  —    Idaho Falls Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Common Cents on West Broadway late Wednesday night.    The suspect is believed to be a male, 25 to 30 years of age with a thin build.  He was wearing all black with a hoodie and mask covering his face.    According to reports, the suspect entered the convenience store, located in the 19-hundred block of W. Broadway, just after 11 p.m.  The employee stated that the man demanded cash from the register.  He then lifted his shirt to show her a handgun tucked into the front of his waist band.    The robber left the store on foot heading west and had an undisclosed amount of cash.    Anyone with information about this robbery is asked to contact the Idaho Falls Police at 529-1200 or Crimestoppers at 522-1983.
