The Cardinals (30-5) won their 11th-straight game. The Big East tournament champions will play the Missouri/Colorado State winner on Saturday.
The Aggies (20-17) were led by forward Bruce Beckford’s 12 points. The team won its first-ever NCAA tournament game on Tuesday night, knocking off Liberty to advance to the second round.
