(DHAKA, Bangladesh) — A building collapse in Bangladesh Wednesday morning has left at least 70 people dead and hundreds more injured, according to officials.
Rescue operations are currently underway as many others are feared trapped under the rubble.
The eight-story building in Dhaka housed a clothing factory, a bank and several other shops, according to the BBC.
It is not yet clear what caused the collapse, however, there are reports that cracks were detected in the building the day before.
