(NEW YORK) — So far so good with Chip Kelly’s offensive plan in Philadelphia, according to Eagles quarterback Michael Vick.
Nick Foles, Dennis Dixon, and Vick took snaps for the first time at the Eagles’ predraft minicamp on Tuesday and things went well.
“It’s great, it’s awesome,” Vick said of Kelly’s offensive playbook. “It’s [like] nothing I’ve ever seen before as an offense. We do a lot of things that just put the ball into guys’ hands and let them make plays.”
Even with Foles and Dixon in camp, Vick still believes he is the man that will take the team back to the playoffs in 2013.
“I still feel like it’s my team,” he said. “I just know I believe in myself … I believe in my abilities. I know with the right team around me I can lead this football team because I’ve done it before.”
