Fort Hall Man Sentenced for Fatal Crash

(BLACKFOOT, ID) A 22-year-old Fort Hall man has been sentenced to 30 months in prison on an involuntary manslaughter charge. Kendall Perry will also serve three years of supervised release and an additional 200 hours of community service. Perry admitted to being under the influence of hard liquor and marijuana when ran a stop sign on Sheepskin Road last June, rolling his vehicle in a nearby field. The crash killed Perry’s friend, Cullen Fightsover. Judge B. Lynn Winmill said he took the forgiveness of Fightsover’s family into consideration when issuing the sentence.
