Malad Woman Called “Vexatious Litigant”

(BOISE, ID) – The Idaho Supreme Court has upheld a ruling against a Malad woman accused of filing too many frivolous lawsuits. The court ruled that Holli Telford met the legal criteria for an individual who clogs the court with nuisance cases. Telford was first declared a vexatious litigant by 6th District Judge David Nye in 2011. Telford has also earned that designation in federal appeals courts in Utah, Montana, and California
