(LEWISTON, ID) – A transgender woman has been banned from a northern Idaho grocery store after customers complained that she used a women’s restroom.  Twenty-five-year-old Alberto Robledo was born a man, and has yet to receive sex reassignment surgery. Robledo, who goes by the name “Ally” was served a “no trespassing” order by police last week as she was leaving the store. Police say the store has the right to refuse service to anyone. Robledo counters that she’s used the restroom at the store several times before without any problems.
