(TWIN FALLS, ID) – A long-time opponent of nuclear research at the Idaho National Laboratory has been arrested on felony drug charges. Peter Rickards, an area podiatrist, was taken into custody in Twin Falls last Friday following a search of his home. Officers found 4.3 pounds of marijuana stuffed in jars with an estimated street value of $17,000, as well as dozens of live plants.
